The service

Alatis is a SaaS application for tool management in CNC workshops. It provides search, stock tracking, machine issuance, inventory audits and related features. The current feature list lives at alatis.co.

Your account

Using the service requires an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activity under your account.

Pricing and payment

Subscription prices are published at alatis.co. Billing is on a monthly basis and is settled via SEPA bank transfer to IBAN HR0924020061140559234 (Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d.). Invoices are issued by WIDGET, sole proprietorship for IT services.

The service provider is a paušalni obrt outside the VAT system: pursuant to Article 90, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Croatian VAT Act, VAT is not charged. From 1 January 2027, electronic invoices (eRačun) will be issued in line with the Croatian Fiscalization Act.

Invoices are issued by the 5th day of the month for the current month. The payment term is 15 days.

If a due invoice is not paid within 14 days of its due date, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the application until the balance is settled.

Early customers may receive promotional terms, agreed in writing before account activation.

Trial period

We offer a free trial period (demo) on request. The duration and scope of the trial period are agreed individually. After the trial period ends, continued use of Alatis requires an active subscription as governed by these Terms of Service.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Alatis (including the software code, design, visual identity and the system's own databases) is the exclusive property of WIDGET. Use the application for your own business needs. It is not allowed to:

• Enter, store or transmit illegal content or malicious code.
• Take actions that may compromise the security, integrity or stability of the system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or copy parts of the application.
• Resell, rent or pass on access to the application to third parties without the prior written consent of WIDGET.

Your data

All data you enter (tools, machines, workshop, price lists, issuance history) remains your property. We process it solely on your instructions, on behalf of your organisation and for the purpose of providing the Alatis service. You can request export or full deletion of your data at any time.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. On request from business customers we also sign a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Limitation of liability

The Alatis service is provided "as is", and we exclude any and all warranties. We take all reasonable measures to keep the service operating to industry standards, but we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability of the service, nor do we exclude the possibility of an error occurring. In that case, the user will be notified and the error will be remedied as soon as possible. WIDGET is not liable for business loss, lost profit or damage arising from unavailability of the application or from errors in the application, nor for damage arising from the loss or destruction of data, nor for damage incurred by the user through use of the service contrary to these Terms of Service or applicable law, nor for damage arising from the acts and omissions of the user (for example, maintaining the security of their own IT systems). For all other cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You can cancel your Alatis subscription at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Access to Alatis stays active until the end of the paid period, after which it ends.

We reserve the right to terminate access or close the account of users who grossly or repeatedly breach these Terms of Service, with no obligation to refund amounts paid.

Changes to the terms

In order to stay in line with applicable law and the technical conditions of providing the service, we may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes that may affect use of the service are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from use of the service governed by these Terms of Service are subject to the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the registered seat of the service provider (Pazin).
