Full technical specs - tip and shank diameter, working length, overall length, flute count, tip type, material, coating, workpiece materials. Plus thread-tool specifics: pitch, and the diameter you enter on the machine for accurate threading.
Machine tracking
See which tools are on which machines. Issue, return, reassign, dispose - all logged with a full history.
Low stock alerts
Set minimum quantities. Get notified before you run out - as soon as stock drops below the threshold, the tool shows up in the alert list.
Tool search
Find tools by diameter, type, manufacturer, coating - and by workpiece material: "end mill for aluminum", "drill for hardened steel". Fast search with automatic mm/inch conversion.
Inventory audit
Walk through cabinets with a mobile device in hand, scan QR codes and count tools on the spot. The system reconciles stock automatically and keeps a history of every discrepancy.
QR codes on cabinets and tools
Print labels straight from the app and stick them on cabinets, drawers or tools. Scan a QR to jump to tool details, issue it, or return it - no typing, no hunting through lists.
